International Delivery – Customs

Customs duties and other levies in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs authority to determine these additional costs prior to making a purchase. These charges are usually collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. They should not be confused with additional shipping charges.

Delivery Tracking

Delivery Duration

We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. It takes 2 to 5 business days to process and ship domestic orders, and 4 to 7 business days for international orders. Orders with special requirements and customizations (Made to Order items) will take approximately 12 to 20 business days for processing. We will keep you updated through your registered email or phone number.

Domestic deliveries typically take 3 to 7 business days in transit after the parcel is submitted to the courier company. International shipping usually takes 10 to 15 days. If you need urgent delivery, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances faced by our delivery partners are beyond our control, and we will not be held responsible for such delays.
